On your way out of your house, grab some fresh fruits. You can simply boil in few minutes of carrots and cut it in julienne cuts. Voila! You have carrot sticks for your snacks on your way to your work. Fruits and vegetables are excellent sources of nutrients, healthy sugar and vitamins that are needed by your active body.

Say "pass" to your colleagues who are going to make a trip to the vendor machine or snack bar in your office or to the nearest fast foods. Avoid the temptations of junk foods through controlling yourself. Most of the food items sold in these stores are packed with empty calories which do not do anything for your body. It will only give you unhealthy fats that will be stored in your body.
